I'm 50 years young as of the 19th and have once again officially become addicted to fitness training. This morning I had a three mile Snap treadmill run.
That was followed by an upper body weight session consisting of the following:
Bicep Curls - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 40 lbs, 2 sets of 8 reps @ 30 lbs.
Shoulder Press - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 50 lbs, 3 sets of 8 reps @ 40 lbs.
Abdominal Crunches - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 70 lbs, 3 sets of 10 reps @ 50 lbs.
I had to back off the weight each time, as I am still trying to fine tune my starting points. Sheesh, it's been a looong time since I have done any serious weight work!
