I got in a good quick (for me) four miler this morning. Let's see if I can do just a few more tomorrow to polish up this record month in mileage.

The track is one of those nice cork and rubber composites, and I like it well enough. Not nearly as much as running the road, but after my last confrontation featuring a nasty canine versus my shaking pepper spray loaded hand, I am pretty gun-shy about hitting the asphalt again in this town. There is supposedly a leash law here, but there sure are a lot of dogs roaming the streets around me, just looking for something to chase. Shoe mileage update: 435.0 Miles.
